Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business management or related field.
Relevant experiences may be considered in lieu of degree.

Must be able to travel independently throughout the service delivery region.

Ability to work in the following digital and print marketing channels:
websites, mobile applications, content creation/management, advertising, social media, video, print collateral/direct mail, special events and agency brand management.

Detail oriented self-starter with ability to work independently.

Must be able to use a variety of communication technology such as cellular phone, internet, e-mail, computer, and virtual meeting platforms and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
6.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
7.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with community partners.
Essential Functions:
This position will serve as the face of Abilities Solutions in the community and on social media, and is responsible for effectively marketing agency programs and services and coordinating special events.
The Mission Engagement Coordinator must be energetic, detail-oriented, organized and have a solid understanding of nonprofit marketing through digital marketing, and brand management.
The Mission Engagement Coordinator will generate content that can be used on all print collateral, social media, as well as on additional platforms (e.
g.
, newsletter, constant contact and traditional media, etc.
).

Raise awareness of Abilities Solutions, its services and goals through outreach efforts, a presence at various Chamber events as well as referral source offices, other public events in the community, publications, and media, in an effort to increase business and partnerships.
2.
Oversee fundraising events to make sure all fundraising goals are achieved.
3.
Plan, organize, coordinate, promote, and facilitate special events.
4.
Develop and maintain fundraising database, and ensure acknowledgment program is in place.
5.
Manage all aspects of volunteer committees for events.
6.
Coordinate publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
7.
Make recommendations to executive leadership regarding status of current marketing and outreach tools (including the evaluation of same), current marketing and promotional tools, reviewing accuracy, content, practicality, and effectiveness), immediate and future need.
8.
Work with executive leadership to develop a comprehensive communication, marketing and outreach plan.
9.
Maintain and broaden social networking to benefit Abilities.
