General Job Description Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
The primary shift is from 1:
30pm to 10:
30pm, but this may vary depending on scheduling and oversight needs.
Normal work week (45-50 hours) Compensation:
$55-65K annual salary with regular increases and incentives.
Oversight and communication with 3-5 crews/projects per day This position requires a hands-on approach as the candidate will supervise and lead their team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to standard.
They will build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.

What You'll Do This position requires working both from our office and traveling to customer and vendor locations, as well as spending time in our warehouse.
The position also involves maintaining and monitoring project activities, as well as possibly functioning as a working supervisor in the field.
This includes demonstrating and completing services such as pressure cleaning, floor care, detail cleaning/housekeeping, ceiling cleaning, HVAC/dryer cleaning, hood cleaning, and porter service.
Mentor and maintain a consistently positive attitude toward fellow employees, subordinates, and customers.
Provide immediate and effective communication to management if you encounter situations that are beyond your normal responsibilities.
Ensure a safe working environment for yourself, field technicians and your colleagues.
Provide regular feedback on how to deliver our services more efficiently for both scheduled projects and those undergoing quality control.
Manage your personal calendar by filling it out based on the tasks provided on a daily or weekly basis.
Complete tasks as assigned and effectively communicate with each task.
Other duties as assigned.

Over 2 years of experience as a project supervisor/lead.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Will have experience managing deadlines and ensuring projects stay on track.
Experience using G Suite, Microsoft Office, and task management and time tracking software is a plus.
Highly organized and efficient, with strong multitasking skills.
Good time management.
A positive and personable personality.
Expertise in stress management.
Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
